These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services booked with UHS CLEANING SERVICES LLC (“UHS”, “we”, “us”). By requesting a quotation or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services
UHS provides deep cleaning services only. As listed on our website, these include deep cleaning of apartments, villas and offices; move-in and move-out cleaning; post-construction cleaning; balcony cleaning; window cleaning; and facade cleaning. We serve customers in Dubai and other areas of the UAE as confirmed at booking. The scope of each job is agreed before work begins. Any additional work requires our written confirmation.
3. Booking and Quotations
You can request a quotation by WhatsApp, phone or email. Quotations are based on an inspection of the property or on details and photos you share with us via WhatsApp or email. The final price is confirmed with you before the job begins. If the property’s size or condition differs significantly from the information you provided, we will agree any change in scope or price with you before we continue. Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and VAT is applied in accordance with UAE law. Quotations will state whether VAT is included.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- give our team access to the property at the agreed time, including any building or community permits or passes;
- make sure running water and electricity are available during the service;
- remove or secure cash, jewellery, documents, valuables and fragile items before we arrive; and
- tell us in advance about delicate surfaces, special care instructions, existing damage or hazards.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email. Please give us as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable charges will be communicated at the time of booking. If we need to reschedule because of weather, safety or other circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you to agree a new time.
6. Payment
Payment terms and accepted payment methods are confirmed with your quotation. Tax invoices are issued in line with UAE VAT requirements.
7. Satisfaction and Complaints
If you are not satisfied with any part of the agreed service, please report any concern to us as soon as possible after the service, ideally the same day, so we can review it. You can do this by emailing [email protected] or messaging us on WhatsApp, with photos where possible. We will review any reported concern and work with you to resolve it fairly.
8. Liability and Damage
Our team takes reasonable care in your property. Please report any damage you believe was caused during the service to us as soon as possible after the service, ideally the same day, with photos, so we can review it.
We are not liable for damage that existed before the service or results from normal wear and tear; loss of or damage to valuables that were not removed or secured; or damage caused by inaccurate or incomplete information about surfaces or materials. To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. WhatsApp Communication
By contacting us on WhatsApp or giving us your WhatsApp number, you agree that we may message you about your enquiries, quotations and bookings. Some messages, such as confirmations and reminders, may be sent automatically through the WhatsApp Business API. You can opt out of these messages at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The Terms in effect when you confirm a booking apply to that booking.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
